Mrs Anagha Bhoir

​She holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics & has work experience of more than 20 years. Before jumping into business, she worked with big tech giants like Tech Mahindra Ltd & Exceed Technologies. Currently, she is acting as a director & stakeholder in Integra Telecommunications & Software Ltd. She is also a significant stakeholder in Fidelis Capital Markets (India) Pvt Ltd & CnerG Foods Ltd.

Mr Amit Satvidkar

​He is the whole time director of the company and holds a B.SC Chemistry degree from Mumbai university, has more than 17 years experience in pharmaceutical industry and holds 4 years of experience in trading in equity market. He is also a SEBI registered investment advisor. He is a director on CnerG Foods Limited Board since May 2022.

​He is a dynamic & well networked businessman with more than 20 years of experience in various sectors like construction & its related supplies, agro commodities, manufacturing, trading, food & beverages, import & export. He is also a social worker & helped in development of various communities for betterment of society.

Mr Ketan Dave

He has more than 12 years of work experience, done his hotel management from Las Vegas, USA and was F&B director at Carlene Cruise, which is world's largest cruise company. He was youngest Asia General Manager at Mc Donalds, the brand vertical Mc Cafe is his brain child. He was with ITC group as South India head in hospitality sector, ideating and developing ITC Grand Chola & along with many other such properties. His last role was as a Group CEO of Shree Balaji Group handling sectors as malls, retail and hospitality.
