Mr. Idli provides a state-of-the-art workflow system that helps the inquirer easily understand our process and quickly adapt to our system. Following is our workflow to help you understand our process.

inquiry, feasibility report, agreement & payment schedule.

  • Connect with us over a call or apply online.
  • You must select the location per requirement (Owned, Lease, or Rented).
  • We have to sign the letter of intent, and the charges of INR.25,000/- are applicable
  • We will travel to your location. If we dislike the areas you select, we will deduct the travel expenses and refund the LOI amount.
  • If we like the location, we shall take the measurement and return to the office to deliver the project cost and feasibility analysis reports.
  • We will issue the franchise agreement draft and raw material Performa invoice for your review.
  • We will help you acquire bank loans from our partner banks by providing project reports and documents.
  • You are requested to travel to Mumbai to sign the agreement at your cost. We will discuss in detail your store plan.
  • You must transfer the franchise fee (100%) and raw material cost (100%) before signing the agreement. You must also share 75% of the project cost and the balance 25% of the project cost to be paid before the dispatch from our warehouse.
  • After signing the agreement, we shall start the store setup.
  • We will help you with GSTN Filing, Udyog Aadhar, FSSAI, and Local Statutory Compliances Registrations.
  • The franchisee bears all travel and accommodation expenses of the training staff from the company. Also, the franchisee shall sponsor the travel expenses of the recruited staff for the franchise store.

milestones after the agreement signing::

  • 1 - 8 days: Digital registration of the store, execution of operations drawings.
  • 8 - 16 days: Raw material dispatch & workforce recruitment.
  • 16 - 24 days: Complete the outlet setup, onboarding with Swiggy & Zomato, mobilizing the staff, receiving the team, and completing HR formalities.
  • 24 – 30 or 45 days: Digital & print marketing, food tasting & PR activities.
  • Grand opening & post-opening support.
