Palak Dal

Palak Dal is a healthy spinach & dal dish which is delicious and creamy. Enjoy our Mr. Idli palak dal for any occasion when you dine with us.


  • Ghee
  • Finely Chopped Green Chilli
  • Hing
  • Mustard Seeds
  • Jeera
  • Chopped Garlic
  • Chopped Onion
  • Red Chilli Powder
  • Roughly Chopped Palak
  • Sea Salt
  • Dal
  • Purified Mineral Water


  • Add some ghee in the fry pan.
  • Add hing, mustard seeds, finely chopped green chilli, jeera, curry leaves, chopped garlic and fry.
  • Add chopped onion and further fry for 1 min.
  • Add red chilli powder and palak. Add water as per the consistency.
  • Add Dal and cook for another 1 min until the whole ingredients blend well. Serve hot.
