Hing aur Jeera Dal

Hing and Jeera dal is a delicious recipe to go with Indian breads & Indian rice varieties. It is a dal considered to be good for digestion and has a strong aromatic flavours.

Ingredients:

  • Ghee
  • Hing
  • Dry Red Chillies
  • Jeera Seeds
  • Dal
  • Water
  • Sea Salt
  • Chopped Fresh Coriander

Method:

  • In a fry pan, add ghee, hing, dry red chillies & jeera.
  • Add dal &water as required.
  • As per the taste add sea salt.
  • Before finishing, add chopped fresh coriander.
