Peanut Kharam Chutney

Peanut chutney is a mildly spicy chutney side dish, originating from the Indian subcontinent, which can be used with several snack foods and breakfast foods. Our Pudina Kharam Chutney will be creamy, spicy and less salty with full of flavours. We do not use coconut in our peanut chutney.

Luscious & Spicy Peanut Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Roasted & Skinned Peanuts
  • Peanut Oil
  • Shallots
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Red Chilli
  • Cumin Seeds
  • Asafoetida
  • Tamarind
  • Sea Salt
  • Mineral Water

Tempering:

  • Peanut Oil
  • Mustard Seeds
  • Red Chilli
  • Urad Dal
  • Curry Leaves

Method:

  • Fry all ingredients excluding salt and peanut.
  • In a food processor add all ingredients including salt and peanut.
  • Add mineral water as per the consistency.
  • Mix the tempering & serve with your favourite South Indian Dishes.
