Coconut Chutney

Coconut Chutney is a South Indian condiment that is served with dosa, idli, vada, and also as a part of a meal. It is one of the versatile chutneys that pairs well with any South Indian snack or breakfast. Our coconut chutney will be sweet & less salty with the hint of spice to balance the flavors.

Recipe for Creamy Coconut Chutney

Ingredients

  • Coconut without the Skin
  • Green Chillies
  • Milk
  • Sea Salt
  • Purified Mineral Water

Tempering

  • Curry Leaves
  • Mustard Seeds
  • Vegetable Refined Oil

Method:

  • Grate the coconut and make sure not to use the brown skin in the recipe.
  • In a food processor add grated coconut, green chillies, milk, and salt as per the taste.
  • Grind to fine past. Add purified mineral water to the required consistency.
  • Mix the tempering, serve with your favourite South Indian dishes & enjoy.
